Why We're Different!

Easy...Specticle Flo Pre-Emergent!

If you are looking for the BEST in terms of weed control prevention for your lawn...YOU FOUND IT! Our brand of choice for Fall Application is called Specticle Flo, which is an innovative pre-emergent solution that allows less application and greater weed control.

America’s Best Lawncare uses Specticle Flo as a Fall Pre-Emergent, which is applied to every lawn we treat between September & October of each year. The results are a NIGHT & DAY difference compared to what other companies use, which is commonly a mixture of Prodiamine, Simazine & Dimension. The problem with these products, although they’ve been used on turf grass for years, is the residual for weed prevention and control is on average 3-6 months. Specticle Flo has a current residual of up to 8 months! It is also the most effective and lasting Pre-Emergent available on the market today. The cost to purchase this chemical is exceedingly higher, however; the product itself does a better job at keeping your lawn weed free. What we care about most is quality, even if that generates our company less of a profit.

Longer Residual Control

Specticle Flo offers residual control for up to eight months and has less active ingredients than competitive products.

Treats more than 60 Turf Grass Weeds

Specticle Flo offers a broad-spectrum control of key grassy weeds and more than 60 broadleaf weeds, has extended residual control of Poa annua, & provides preemergence and early postemergence control of crabgrass

All Grass

Specticle Flo can be used on Warm-Season Turf-grasses like Bermuda, Zoysia, Centipede, St. Augustine, Buffalo, and Bahiagrass & is compatible with many pesticides and liquid fertilizers.

Unnoticeable and
Undetectable

Better Resistance

Specticle Flo controls weeds known to develop resistance to other herbicides.

Weed Germination

Specticle Flo inhibits cellulose biosynthesis - its primary site of action is the newly developing root of a germinated weed seedling.
