We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will use your information to respond to you regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy. You may opt out of future correspondence via the email links sent.

If you have provided America's Best Lawncare with your cell phone number, you agree that America's Best Lawncare may contact you on that number using an automatic telephone dialing system to discuss your account and lawn care services, including without limitation, current and possible future services, customer service, and billing including after cancellation of this or any other agreement you have or may have in the future with America's Best Lawncare. You understand that providing your cell phone number is not required to purchase America's Best Lawncare services and that cancellation of this Agreement does not automatically revoke this consent.
Service Reminder Text/Emails
Please be advised that our service reminder texts are only for automation purposes within our software. We DO NOT communicate through that platform. If a client needs to reschedule their application(s), request additional work or has questions and concerns they would need to call into America's Best Lawncare's main office line at 469-631-7473 or send an email directly to support@americasbestlawncarellc.com.
Follow Ups in between treatments
Follow ups in between treatments are offered to all clients at no charge, whether they pay per application or prepay in advance with America's Best Lawncare, so long as their lawn sq footage does not exceed 1 acre. Any property measuring 43,500 sq ft or more, will incur a fee of half their application rate, charged to their card on file. For example, if the cost to treat is $100, the follow up cost would be $50. We kindly ask, that if a follow up for weeds is necessary, that you give us a call at 469-631-7473 or send a direct email to support@americabestlawncarellc.com to request that additional treatment and we will be more than happy to come back out. Please be advised that if an application is skipped/canceled per the clients request, during a their time with America's Best Lawncare, follow ups will not be offered for an entire growing season (up to 7-12 months), and will incur a fee of half their application rate. This is because each application we offer has a health benefit to your lawn. By skipping or canceling the applications you signed up for, follow ups at a later time will become necessary, which could have been avoided had the application been completed per our program specifications.
Billing for Pay Per App Clients
Pay per app clients are scheduled out indefinitely until they call to cancel and discounts are not offered. If a pay per app client no longer wishes to be treated, America's Best Lawncare requires written notice via email prior to the application being applied. A text and email is sent out 1 day day before the service occurs and America's Best Lawncare requests full cancelation the same day the notice is sent. Once the service(s) has been been dispatched for the day and completed, payment then becomes due. America's Best Lawncare requires a card on file for all pay per app customers, as we do charge this method on file after the service has been completed. Payments are ran the same day of treatment automatically within our system. If America's Best Lawncare attempts to charge the card on file and it is declined, we will reach out for 7 business days to collect payment. If payment is not made by 10 business days from the date of the application, a $10 late fee will apply. If payment is not made after 30 business days, America's Best Lawncare reserves the right to collect the charges due by submitting the client over to our credit department for further review & investigation. Once that process has begun, if said client wants to start their service again after non-payment of 30 days or more, prepayment moving forward will be required, plus any past due balance(s). America's Best Lawncare sends out a Welcome Letter to each new client upon sign up, that includes a link to our refund policy, which is given at the bottom of this page.
Renewals for Prepaid Clients
Pre Paid Client do receive discounts and year to year, depending on inflation, are sometimes increased to offer every client the best value for their loyalty. Prepaid Clients are set to Auto Renew, unless America's Best Lawncare is given written notice via email to support@americasbestlawncarellc.com, within 6 months of initial prepayment being made, to opt-out. We do give each client the option to set up their account specifications that best work for them and with that being said, we kindly ask that any client who prepays in advance for their services, communicate with us so that our company can adhere to your needs/wishes. If America's Best Lawncare is not given written notice via email, within the first 6 months of prepayment being made, to opt-out of Auto-Renew before the upcoming charge takes place, we will process the card on file for an additional year of service. Once this occurs a refund will not be offered. Auto Renew can take place approximately every 7-12 months, as we do treat roughly every 4-8 weeks. Which means you could be billed twice in 1 year, dependent on when your program begins. America's Best Lawncare does charge before the final application is completed so there is NEVER an interruption in a clients services. Partial refunds, after the 6th month period has passed, with no written notice, and when renewal is charged to the card on file, is at America's Best Lawncare's sole discretion and the following deductions, prior to a partial refund would include but are not limited to; the cost of chemicals purchased for the upcoming treatment plan, taxes & any/all applicable credit card fees (4.99% + 0.19 cents). America's Best Lawncare will also not be able to offer a prepayment option in the future with discounts to those clients who are given a partial refund. Which means, signing back up in the future, would only be offered on a pay per app basis with no discounts.
Renewal Notices:
America's Best Lawncare does not send out renewal notices for the 2nd year and beyond, prior to the client being charged for prepayment at this time. America's Best Lawncare may decrease a client's rates or increase a clients rates after the first year of service, dependent on market value of chemical applications in the DFW area. As stated above for auto-renewals for prepaid clients, if any client would like to be removed from this option and their account noted as such, America's Best Lawncare requires written notice via email to support@americasbestlawncarellc.com within the first 6 months of prepayment taking place to make any and all adjustments to the clients account.
Rate Increases
In terms of rates, we usually raise or rates once every 2-3 years, depending on inflation. The percentage increase can be anywhere between 5-10% per app. It could be less than 5% if inflation is low. We can and will lower our pricing if the cost to treat the customer's lawn declines. America's Best Lawncare does not offer contracts, however, by adding a card on file, answering your questionnaire and agreeing for us to service your lawn, which includes a Welcome Letter going out beforehand, the customer is agreeing to our policy guidelines and terms. Timing for each application varies based on the time of year, weather conditions and your lawncare needs.
Discounts
Special price of 50% off is for first Lawn application only, for new residential & commercial Annual Prepaid customers only, and applies to all lawn sizes. *In combination a 10% annual discount will also apply for all Annual Prepaid customers for any size lawn. *Pay per application customers do not receive discounts of any kind. America's Best Lawncare offers specialized discounts throughout the year that can start and end when America's Best Lawncare see's fit. Prepaid clients who renew for services each year, will always receive a discount of 10% for their loyalty. America's Best Lawncare could offer more, depending on the economy and cost to treat each lawn.
Referral Gift Cards & Seasonal Giveaways
America's Best Lawncare offers a $25 digital gift card from a list of options on Amazon, for referring another client and these are only offered to current clients who are actively being serviced by America's Best Lawncare. The $25 digital gift is immediately sent to to the current client, if the referral prepays in advance and if the referral pays per application, the gift is sent within 90 days. Giveaways at America's Best Lawncare can sometimes run randomly on our social media pages (Facebook & Instagram), outside of the quarterly seasons & anyone can enter to win these giveaways, so long as they are a U.S. Resident. We do send out mass emails to all clients within our system when these giveaways are taking place to get involved if they so choose. This is a perk America's Best Lawncare has offered to it's clients to give back to its community since opening in 2018. America's Best Lawncare does not have the option to remove any client from receiving bulk giveaway emails. Therefore, if any client is not interested in participating, we ask that you the client, either ignore the correspondence or delete it. We do understand there are some who prefer not to get this kind of correspondence and if that is the case, America's Best Lawncare may not be the right company for you. With that being said, our giving nature to those who entrust us with their lawn & keep us in business, will always be rewarded while America's Best Lawncare is in business, This is a moral guideline we feel sets us apart from other companies.
Non Payment and/or Default
The obligation of America's Best Lawncare is conditioned upon payment in full of all including any additional fees, and failure to pay such amounts for services performed on client's property, shall result in cancellation of their Program in its entirety and discharge America's Best Lawncare of any additional service obligation, but will not relieve client of their obligation to pay any amounts due. If a Pay Per App Customer does not inform us of cancelation prior to their service being performed and does not remit payment for treatments we did perform, a $10 late fee will apply after 10 business days. If payment is not made after 30 business days, America's Best Lawncare reserves the right to collect the charges due by submitting the client over to our credit department for further review & investigation. Once that process has begun, if said client wants to start their service again after non-payment of 30 days or more, prepayment moving forward will be required, plus any past due balance(s).
America's Best Lawncare Guarantee
America's Best Lawncare will happily visit your property if needed between scheduled visits to ensure your satisfaction. This Guarantee applies to all customers.
Lawn Protocol
Any lawn size above 15k sq ft is completed using a ride-on machine. Therefore; when there is an abundance of rain and/or the ground is too saturated, postponing your treatment until the turf dries up is best practice in our industry. Not going this route would create divots on your lawn, which is not what we want. Also, to note for all size properties: The weatherman and/or app we use today, is not always 100% accurate in terms of expectations for the weather. That is why we ALWAYS wait until the day of your treatment to decide if rescheduling is necessary. If at any time one of our technicians are on your property and there is an abundance of clutter blocking our ability to carry out the service you are paying for, we will NOT continue with the treatment. What will happen; is our techs will immediately stop treating, they will call into the office and our office will then reach out to you (the client) to discuss rescheduling once the items are moved. This route is implemented to keep our client's personal belongings safe and unharmed, and to also ensure the safety of our technicians while in the field. This DOES NOT INCLUDE TRAMPOLINES. Watering & Mowing Recommendation Newsletters are sent out via email, once every quarter and/or season (Spring, Summer, Fall & Winter). We ask that you follow by these protocols to get the best results from our lawn treatments.
After Treatment
Always allow at least 1 hour for product to dry after each treatment, before allowing pets or children back onto the lawn. This is so they do not drag residue indoors. We also ask that you water in every product within 48 hours after application to get the best results & mow before we apply the treatment OR wait 48 hours AFTER your treatment has been completed.
Fees
If our technicians come out to service your property and are told to leave or are unable to perform said service because of the following examples:
- Certain people in household are unaware that services have been started & ask us to leave
- Client is not ready to be treated
- Construction is going on or mowers are present
- Debris in the way of treatment
- Community or Home Gate Code was never given and we cannot access the property
- Grass is too high in length
- We were not informed the day before, if in fact you did receive a reminder, via email to reschedule your application.
ABL will charge a $25 fee to the clients account to cover cost of travel/labor. This fee applies ONLY if we informed client via email and text 1 day prior and followed all instructions in terms of call or text ahead per client request attached to their account.
Physical assessments for those who are NOT current clients are charge a non-refundable fee of $50.00. Physical Assessments for current clients are offered at no charge, no more than 2x per calendar year. If a 3rd assessment is requested, a fee of $25.00 will be assessed to the clients card on file.
Dallisgrass Exclusions
Most companies no longer treat for this type of weed - WE DO & guarantee the best results on Bermuda & Zoysia Lawns. However, St Augustine Turf is more sensitive than other grass types. Which means if you have a breakout of Dallisgrass on a St Augustine Lawn, and we treat this particular weed, please understand it may kill out the grass under and around it. If this occurs we will not be liable to replace the sod. (Also to note: 2-3 follow ups MAY be needed in order to fully eradicate Dallisgrass during the summer months, once temps have exceeded 90 degrees. An application fee will be billed to the customer per service directly if these treatments are requested).
Core Aeration
Please be advised that once a client approves an estimate for Core Aeration, this service is automatically added to our calendar and a confirmation email is sent. This emails gives details of the appointment date, specifications about the service itself and what to expect. During the Spring, we have limited space available and fill up fast. We turn down many people once all spots are taken. Therefore, cancelation of this service, after scheduling has occurred, will still incur the full price of the service and charged to the card on file, if we are not informed of cancelation via email to support@americasbestlawncarellc.com within 45 days prior to the scheduled date. Core Aerations take place in March or April of every calendar year and America's Best Lawncare DOES sent out an email reminder of this service in January for all those who have signed up for this service. We respectfully ask that you only approve and move forward with this service, if you in fact plan on having it done.
Tree/Shrub Disclaimer
America's Best Lawncare Tree & Shrub Program includes fertilization of common trees and shrubs, and controls common foliar insects and diseases. It does not include treatment of specialty trees such as fruit or certain ornamentals, or assessment and treatment of trees over 25 ft. in height.
Perimeter Pest Disclaimer
America’s Best Lawncare’s Perimeter Pest Control Program does not include removal of webs higher than 10 ft. and service does not protect against termites and other wood-destroying organisms, bedbugs, cockroaches, or rodents of any kind.
Fire Ant Disclaimer
America's Best Lawncare has a customized fire ant treatment and prevention plan, that is applied 2x per calendar year (Early Spring & Late Summer), that aims to wipe out existing fire ant colonies and prevent their populations from growing on a clients lawn in the future. America's Best Lawncare uses a professional-grade product called TOP CHOICE for guaranteed effective and lasting results for up to 12 months. Free service calls and retreats are always offered for this program, upon request.
America's Best Lawncare Client Cancelation
Notwithstanding any other terms herein, America's Best Lawncare may cancel clients service agreement at any time if it is in America's Best Lawncare's best company interest.
Refund Policy
For a Prepaid customer to receive any kind of refund with America's Best Lawncare they are required to have been treated for a minimum of 6 months (4 Applications Applied & Not Combined) and to have followed all recommendations and/or instructions we have given them up to that point. If a client has not met both the above requirements, all payments to America's Best Lawncare will be forfeited. Refunds are not offered for scheduling related complaints at America's Best Lawncare, so long as we are/have completing/ed all applications the client has signed up for within the allotted time frame that is required of us (every 4-8 weeks). Exclusions: Weather related issues like snow, ice & rain could extend the 8 week treatment mark. Prorated refunds for services not yet completed, minus discounts, taxes & fees, as well as chemical costs for the entire 7-12 months of service, are offered, if we have damaged the property in any way, or we have not followed through with the appropriate treatment. A full lawn assessment with the owner is required in order for America's Best Lawncare to offer a prorated refund. With regards to a client relocating, America's Best Lawncare offers a transfer of services not yet performed on the property to a customer's new location/property (sq. footage would be re-measured to make up the difference if necessary). If the client is moving out of our service area, we would not be able to offer a refund for this type of cancelation, but can continue treating the current property, so long as we get consent from the new homeowner to continue treating the lawn. All prorated refunds from America's Best Lawncare will be issued no later than thirty (30) days from cancellation. America's Best Lawncare may process the refund as a payment back to your payment method on file, check, or issuance of a prepaid debit card. America's Best Lawncare does not currently offer refunds for Pay Per App Customers. Once service(s) have been performed, a payment then becomes due.
